Linking to the Booking
The authorization is not a generic code. The management system generates it automatically, linking it to the customer, assigned pitch, arrival/departure dates, and stay status.
Generation and Sending
The system creates a secure PIN or communicates with the controller via API to obtain tokens, links, or QR Code. Credentials can be sent to the customer by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when the relevant services are configured.
Autonomy and Revocation
The guest accesses the parking area independently. At check-out, or if the booking is canceled, the management system requests access revocation from the controller.

Security and Tokens
Use of PINs generated without predictable numbering based on dates, or tokens provided by the controller. API secret keys are never exposed to the customer or the frontend.
Operations Log
Every interaction (access creation, revocation, date updates, credential delivery, and any errors) is tracked in detail in the management system's activity log.
Occupancy Control
The management system can read the number of registered occupants from the barrier controller, automatically or manually, to compare it with actual bookings.
Cards and Collection Code
Management of reusable entry cards. The system can generate a code for collecting the card from vending machines, ideal for arrivals without reception.
