1. Subject Matter and Parties

I presenti Termini di Servizio ("Termini") regolano l'utilizzo del software gestionale Ovvo Camping ("Software"), sviluppato e fornito da SeoSoft di Federico Cassani, con sede in Via Gran Bretagna 44, 76125 Trani (BT), P.IVA 09158230723, email info@seosoft.it ("Fornitore"), al soggetto che accetta i presenti Termini ("Cliente").

2. Software Description

Ovvo Camping is a web application for managing campsites, holiday villages and parking areas. It includes: multilingual online booking, an interactive map, check-in and check-out management, integration with the Alloggiati Web portal of the Polizia di Stato, dynamic pricing, automated emails, reporting and user management with differentiated roles.

3. Licence

The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the duration of the contract. The licence imposes no limitations on the number of pitches: no variable fee per pitch or booking.

The Client may install the Software on its own VPS server (auto-hosted) or access the version managed by the Provider, according to the arrangements agreed during the contracting phase.

4. Client Obligations

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide truthful information during registration and configuration.
• Keep the access credentials for the Software and Alloggiati Web confidential.
• Not use the Software for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to Italian and EU legislation.
• Perform regular backups of its data using the integrated export function.
• Promptly notify the Provider of any suspected unauthorised access.

5. Alloggiati Web Module — Liability

The integration with the Alloggiati Web portal of the Polizia di Stato is provided "as is" ("as is"). The Client remains solely legally responsible for the correct and timely transmission of guest forms to the competent Questura, pursuant to Article 109 TULPS.

The Provider is not responsible for failed transmissions caused by: malfunctions or unavailability of the ministerial portal, incorrect or expired Alloggiati Web credentials entered by the Client, or interruptions in the Client's internet connectivity.

6. Personal Data Processing (GDPR)

Con l'attivazione del Software, le parti stipulano un Accordo sul Trattamento dei Dati (DPA) ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR: il Cliente agisce come Titolare del Trattamento (Data Controller) dei dati dei propri ospiti; SeoSoft agisce come Responsabile del Trattamento (Data Processor).

Le immagini dei documenti di identità degli ospiti vengono eliminate automaticamente al completamento della procedura di verifica e trasmissione. Nel database vengono conservati esclusivamente i dati necessari agli adempimenti di legge, protetti con crittografia forte. Le credenziali Alloggiati Web non vengono mai trasmesse al browser del Cliente. Per i dettagli sul trattamento dei dati, consulta la Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The source code, graphical interface and application logic of the Software are the exclusive property of SeoSoft di Federico Cassani and are protected by copyright laws. The data entered by the Client into the management system (bookings, guests, pitches, configurations) is and remains the exclusive property of the Client, who may export it at any time in JSON format using the integrated backup function.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software. In no event may the Provider's total liability exceed the fees paid by the Client during the last six months.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Tribunale di Trani (BT) has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise provided by law for Consumers.
