AI check-in
During check-in, artificial intelligence (OpenAI Vision) reads identity documents and fills in all required personal details. The system automatically assigns the role of Head of Group to the booking holder.
Format generation
The system creates the .txt file in the fixed 168-character format required by the Ministry of the Interior, respecting official codes for country, province and document type. Pre-validation significantly reduces formatting errors and rejected records.
SOAP submission and receipt
With one click, guest records are transmitted through the official SOAP Web Service (GeneraToken → TestInvio → Invio flow). The system automatically downloads and stores the PDF receipt signed by the Polizia di Stato Alloggiati Web portal.

Smart pre-validation
Before submission, the system checks every record for missing required fields, expired documents, unrecognised provinces and inconsistent dates. Errors are highlighted precisely before the Alloggiati server can reject them.

Portal credentials (user, password and WSKEY) are encrypted on the server and never pass through the receptionist's browser. No risk of accidental exposure.
Post-submission change lock
Once transmitted, guest records are protected against accidental changes. System data stays aligned with what was reported to the Questura, ensuring a perfect match during inspections.
Automatic receipt archiving
Every successful submission generates an official PDF receipt that the system downloads and stores automatically. It is available at any time in the history section, without logging in to the Questura portal.

Italian law on the identification of foreign nationals requires guest arrivals to be reported to the Questura by midnight on the day of arrival. Ovvo Camping automates the entire process through the official SOAP Web Service of the Alloggiati Web portal, the same service used by Questure and law-enforcement agencies nationwide.
