Role-adaptive interface
The menu and visible sections change automatically based on the logged-in user's role. A button is not merely hidden — it does not exist. Accidental access to unauthorized sections is impossible.
Mandatory MFA for Admins
Two-factor authentication via email OTP is mandatory for the Admin role from any unrecognized device. An additional security layer for access to critical functions.
Complete activity log
Every significant action — check-in, booking changes, guest report submissions and price changes — is recorded with date, time and user. When questions arise, the Admin can always see who did what.
Instant account deactivation
At the end of the season, or when staff changes, deactivate an account with one click. The user immediately loses access without changing passwords or manually revoking credentials.
