2. Types of Data Collected
Browsing data
On each visit, the servers automatically record: IP address (partially anonymized), country and city (through a local geographic database, without third parties), browser type, operating system, device, page visited, referrer and time. This data is retained exclusively for statistical and security purposes, without the use of cookies.
Data provided voluntarily
First name, last name, email, telephone number, campsite name and any other information entered in the contact or demo request form.
Data of the Sofia AI assistant
Il sito mette a disposizione un assistente virtuale chiamato Sofia, basato su OpenAI GPT-4o-mini. Prima di utilizzare l'assistente, all'utente viene richiesto il consenso esplicito al trattamento dei dati (art. 6.1.a GDPR). Le conversazioni vengono registrate sui server di SeoSoft con le seguenti informazioni:
- IP address of the device used
- Text of the submitted question
- Text of the response generated by the AI
- Date and time of the conversation
I dati delle conversazioni vengono utilizzati esclusivamente per finalità di assistenza, monitoraggio della qualità del servizio e miglioramento del prodotto. Non vengono condivisi con terze parti, ad eccezione di OpenAI che elabora i messaggi per generare le risposte (in qualità di sub-responsabile del trattamento, ai sensi delle condizioni d'uso di OpenAI). Il consenso può essere revocato in qualsiasi momento richiedendo la cancellazione dei propri dati a info@seosoft.it con oggetto "Richiesta GDPR — AI chat".
Data of the management software (Ovvo Camping)
Qualora il Cliente attivi un account sul gestionale, SeoSoft agisce in qualità di Responsabile del Trattamento (Data Processor) ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR. Il Cliente (campeggio) rimane il Titolare dei dati dei propri ospiti. Le immagini dei documenti di identità degli ospiti vengono eliminate automaticamente al completamento della procedura di verifica e trasmissione. Nel database vengono conservati esclusivamente i dati necessari agli adempimenti previsti dalla normativa, protetti con crittografia forte e non condivisi con terze parti non autorizzate.

Data is processed using IT tools, with appropriate technical and organizational security measures, on servers located in Italia/UE.

- Professionals and consultants for tax and legal obligations
- Public authorities, when required by law
