How to automate an RV stopover area
Automation is a coordinated workflow between booking, guest data, payment and access.
1. Booking
The guest selects an available option through the configured booking channel.
2. Rate and payment
The configured rate is applied and payment is recorded through the enabled provider.
3. Check-in and registration
The guest completes digital check-in and the data is prepared for the applicable registration process.
4. Pitch and credential
A pitch and PIN or QR can be assigned when planned and compatible access control is available.
5. Checkout
The stay is closed and the credential can be revoked when supported by the integration.
