A campsite with 200 pitches may have guests spread across the pool, private beach, sports field, bar, restaurant, and play area. Managing access and payments at all these points with dedicated staff is costly and slow. RFID wristbands solve both problems with a single device.
What an RFID wristband can do
- Controlled access: pool, beach, wellness area — only active guests can enter, with a limit on the number of people per booking.
- Cashless payments: the guest loads credit at check-in and pays at the bar/restaurant by bringing the wristband close to the reader.
- Identification: staff can view the guest's name and pitch from any terminal.
- Check-in/check-out: the wristband is activated at check-in and automatically deactivated on the departure date.
- Rentals: bicycles, kayaks, sun loungers — the rental is recorded on the wristband and charged at check-out.
