Regulations and Privacy
ANPR systems collect personal data (a license plate is personal data under the GDPR). You must: (1) display a visible privacy notice at the entrance, (2) retain logs only for as long as necessary (typically 24–48 hours for transit), and (3) include the processing in the campground’s privacy notice.
