OVVO Camping is hospitality software for open-air stays. It is not agricultural ERP and has no farm-specific tax tools: it covers guest handling from request to departure.
Rate zones
Orchard-side pitch, shaded area, motorhome zone: each zone can carry its own rate, depending on your configuration.
Site map
Draw pitches on the map and see which are free, booked or occupied, even from a phone.
Digital check-in
Guests fill in their details before arrival. You review and confirm instead of retyping paper forms.
Configured payments
Bank transfer, a configured online gateway or Nexi POS. Provider fees, activation and bespoke development are separate.
Compatible access
If you have a barrier, integration is possible only with compatible hardware after a technical assessment.
A farm stay arrival, step by step
Example workflow for an eight-pitch farm run by a family that also works the land.
1. Request and pitch
A guest requests two nights on the website. You check availability and assign a pitch in the intended zone.
2. Rate and payment
The zone rate applies. The deposit is recorded by bank transfer or the configured gateway.
3. Check-in before arrival
The guest receives a link and enters details for everyone in the group. You review them when you have a free moment.
4. Alloggiati Web
For properties under Italian law, guest data is prepared for Alloggiati Web. The obligation remains with the property.
5. Arrival and departure
With limited reception hours, guests already have their instructions. At the end of the stay you close the booking.
Stated limits
Alloggiati Web applies to Italian law only. ISTAT depends on local setup. No agricultural ERP or farm tax tools are included.
Remote reception
Remote reception is a separate optional service subject to technical assessment.
