What Is OCPP and Why Is It Important?
OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) is the communication standard between charging stations and management software (CSMS — Charge Point Management System). Using OCPP, the charging station and the management system speak the same language: the station reports the kWh delivered, session status, and any errors in real time.
