- Pitch map: the guest receives a map by SMS/email showing the route to their pitch.

How AI document recognition works
The system uses multimodal models with image-analysis capabilities, provided through cloud services or installed locally depending on the configuration, to extract relevant fields from a photo of the document: first name, surname, date of birth, nationality, document number, and expiry date. Depending on image quality and the available configuration, the system can process:
- Italian identity cards (old and new CIE format)
- Passports with MRZ (Machine Readable Zone)
- Italian and European driving licences
- Some residence permits
Automatic recognition does not replace operator review, especially when images are difficult to read, data is inconsistent, documents are damaged, or checks are required by the facility's procedures. It is a tool for speeding up the process, not for fully automating verification.
Implementation in 4 phases
