OVVO Camping
Remote reception · operator-led coverage

Your reception does not close.
Even when you are away.

OVVO Camping connects to a remote-control platform and an operator-staffed operations centre. You can entrust agreed arrival, departure and guest workflows to the centre when the manager is away or there is no on-site staff.

An operational service configured around your site.

Operator coverage: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Connection stableOVVO Camping

The point is not to automate everything.

It is knowing who handles what, outside reception hours too.

The platform connects your management data to remote control. The staffed centre can take on the agreed activities: your guest gets an answer, while you keep visibility of the stay.

“When the manager is travelling, at home or simply away from reception, the site can still welcome and see off its guests.”

Three real moments

The site stays covered. The manager stays free.

This is not about imagining a ghost reception. It is about defining a clear flow for the moments when nobody is behind the desk.

A guest arrives after closing.

The centre can follow the agreed arrival flow, check the guest file and guide the guest through the required steps.

Coverage beyond reception hours

How it comes together

Three elements. One guest journey.

OVVO Camping remains the source of truth for the booking and guest file. Remote control enables site operations; the centre puts a person into the process.

01

OVVO Camping

Bookings, guest data, dates and stay status in one context.

02

Remote-control platform

The connection carries authorisations and agreed operations to configured devices.

03

Operations centre

An operator follows the agreed flow and assists the guest when needed.

What you can entrust

Reception keeps working, even from a distance.

The operational scope is defined with your site. These are the activities that can be part of a remote-reception flow.

Arrivals and departures

Handle arrival and departure operations through the configured remote-control connection.

Guest records and Alloggiati Web

Support for guest records and Alloggiati Web submissions where applicable, following the configured roles and agreed procedures.

Web check-in

Guests can complete the required steps before arrival, with the centre ready to support the flow.

Web check-out

Departure can follow a digital path, keeping the status and completed operations visible.

From first contact to departure

A flow that is clear for the manager and the guest.

Remote reception does not replace the relationship. It makes it available when needed, with aligned information and clear responsibilities.

01

The booking sets the context

Dates, guest and allocation start in OVVO Camping: the centre does not work from isolated information.

02

The guest completes what is needed

Web check-in and paperwork follow the process defined by the site, before or during arrival.

03

The operator covers the arrival

When included, the centre follows arrival and departure through the remote-control platform.

04

The stay remains traceable

The manager can see the file status and take over the process whenever needed.

Mandatory prerequisites

All three are required to activate the service

The site must have each of these essential installations before remote reception can be activated:

Automatic barriers

Required to manage the site's arrivals and departures remotely.

Fiber-optic internet line

The site must have a fiber-optic connection for the remote-control service.

Remotely accessible cameras facing the barrier

Cameras must cover the barrier and be accessible remotely so the operator can identify the vehicle and read its license plate.

The service cannot be activated without all three basic requirements.

We can advise you on assessing the site and preparing the necessary equipment.

Precision first

No generic compatibility promise. We check your context.

The remote-control platform and connected devices are assessed during configuration. The flow, the centre’s responsibilities and integrations depend on the site and available technology.

  • Define together which activities you want the centre to handle.
  • Verify the technical connection before setting up the operational flow.
  • Keep a clear view of bookings, guest files and stay status.

A good remote reception starts with clear boundaries.
